Britney Spears ponownie została sfotografowana bez majtek, tym razem zaraz po imprezie, która odbyła się tuż po rozdaniu nagród MTV VMA w Las Vegas, w niedzielę 9 września. Tym razem nagie krocze Spears uwieczniono na zdjęciach, gdy wokalistka wsiadała do limuzyny po zakończonej zabawie. Gwieździe towarzyszył jej brat Bryan. Wcześniej, podczas gali, Britney wystąpiła na scenie prezentując powrotnego singla „Gimme More”. Na drugi dzień została w mediach skrytykowana za słaby występ oraz zbyt skąpe ubranie. Części intymne Britney Spears można już było zobaczyć w listopadzie 2006 roku, kiedy wokalistka została sfotografowana przez paparazzich wychodząc z samochodu, gdy udawała się na imprezę wspólnie z Paris Hilton i Lindsay Lohan.
